Order Cancellation

This period allows us to quickly prepare shipping, ensuring shorter delivery times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To ensure a simple return, the item must:

• not have been used
• be in perfect condition
• include original packaging
• present proof of purchase

- The better the condition, the faster the process.


Items not eligible for return

For hygiene and safety reasons:

• earrings / pierced jewelry
• personalized products
• gift cards
• final sale items


If something is not right

Did you receive an item:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or different from what was ordered

- we will resolve it.

Return shipping

In other cases:

• return shipping is at the customer's expense
• we recommend tracked shipping

Refunds

After we receive the item:
